both. tommy's getting hissy about things he convinced himself and buck was a dick with what he said at the end. but i don't think buck was being a dick for "not understanding tommy's feelings during the hookup" or not running after him like a dog to reassure him he loves him when tommy's the one who dumped him AFTER buck said he wants to be together forever. they're both dicks but if anyone's slightly more justified here for doubting the other and getting prissy, it's buck as the one who got turned down once and the one who's not being believed on the sincerity of his feelings. not tommy for feeling insecure about buck having a friend and coming to preconceived notions about it in his own head.
